Perfect spot for families!
Had a fantastic view of the Skytree from our balcony! The Japanese breakfast far exceeded my expectations and was fantastic to start the day right.
It's not cheap but the experience was acceptable.

The duvet situation was odd on a king mattress. it didn’t cover me properly, which made for a restless sleep. The bathroom might be spacious, but the overall room feels cramped, lacking space for suitcases. The so-called 'extra large double bed' turned out to be two hard mattresses on the floor—definitely not what we envisioned. Additionally, the advertised sauna no longer existed, which was a disappointment.

The stay was really pleasant. we loved the cozy room and the Japanese breakfast was such a fun experience! The on-site massage services were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a small note, check-in could have been a bit warmer, but overall, it was a lovely trip. 😊

Unique open-air bath experience.
During my stay, I was disappointed with the overall service. The receptionist was not accommodating when I requested a second room key, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room was lacking, with dust on the windowsill and stains on the tatami mat that made my experience less enjoyable.
